About

Christine Jackson is the Principal of Kiwi Conveyancing Solutions and a Licensed Conveyancer. Born in North Otago and living in Dunedin most of my life, I moved to NSW searching for career opportunities where I completed my studies in Conveyancing Law and Practice through Macquarie University in 2006.

Having worked in this field in a law firm for a number of years I was then able to obtain my unrestricted Conveyancer’s Licence.

I continued to work in Australia as a Licensed Conveyancer developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing sound advice and assistance to them throughout the carriage of their matters.

I also provided services to the community in general as a Justice of the Peace in the NSW jurisdiction.

In August 2008 the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 came into force allowing me to return home to NZ to practice in my chosen profession.

I handle all matters in relation to conveying, or transferring ownership of real property from one party to another. In addition to preparing the legal documentation to facilitate the change of ownership, I co-ordinate all parties involved through confirmation of the contract to settlement and beyond to enable a smooth transaction.

I have been working in the area of buying & selling property and conveyancing for more than 25 years. I am also a member of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers.
